Cancellations

Cancellations within 72hrs of a pre-booked installation are subject to a cancellation fee.

Our Installer Network

evec are in partnership with our approved trusted network of installer partners. By purchasing an installation, you agree to communications from our trusted third-party installers to arrange the installation.

All installers are fully approved by evec. If you are unsure about any of the communications your receive please contact our customer service team.
