What does a CT clamp do?
Power adjustment and load management – a fitted CT clamp monitor the load (amps) going through your house/ commercial premises. This will enable you to adjust the power to and from your charge if the load needs to be used elsewhere in your home or business.
Safety – If the CT clamp detects a load that is close to exceeding the house/ commercial premises maximum then the charge rate on your charger will be reduced. This will prevent the fuse from ever being blown.
