vecFLEX World Cup Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: 8th June 2026 – 20th July 2026 inclusive.

1. Eligibility

  1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

  2. Entrants must:

    • own a compatible evec charger; and

    • successfully sign up and be accepted onto the vecFLEX rewards programme during the Promotion Period.

    • vecFLEX users that have been accepted to the scheme prior to the promotion are not eligible at this time

    • evec reserves the right to verify vecFLEX status before issuing any prizes

  3. Employees of evec, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.

  4. Internet access and a valid mobile number and email address are required.

2. How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must:

    • complete a vecFLEX application during the Promotion Period; and

    • be approved for participation in vecFLEX.

  2. Eligible participants will receive:

    • one (1) promotional prize wheel spin upon acceptance to vecFLEX; and

    • one (1) additional bonus spin after successfully completing their first full week on vecFLEX.

  3. Maximum of two (2) spins per eligible customer.

  4. No purchase is necessary where a customer already owns a compatible evec charger.

  5. New charger customers may also qualify where an eligible charger is purchased and installed before 20 July 2026.

3. Prizes

Available prizes include:

4. Prize Conditions

  1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  2. evec reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

  3. Due to the limited number of prizes available in each category, prizes will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. We will endeavour to keep the prize wheel updated so that it accurately reflects current prize availability; however, there may occasionally be a delay between a prize becoming unavailable and its removal from the wheel.

  4. If a prize is no longer available after a winning notification has been sent, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative prize of similar value where possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.

  5. Holiday vouchers, experiences and third-party products may be subject to additional supplier terms and conditions.

  6. Winners are responsible for any costs and expenses not expressly included within the prize description.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  1. Winning prizes are allocated randomly via the promotional prize wheel.

  2. Winners will be notified immediately on-screen and via follow-up email/SMS where applicable.

  3. evec reserves the right to verify all winners and request proof of identity and eligibility.

  4. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide requested information within 7 days, evec reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to another entrant.

6. vecFLEX Participation

  1. Entry into the promotion cannot take place without acceptance to vecFLEX.

  2. vecFLEX applications remain subject to eligibility checks, technical compatibility and programme availability.

  3. Participants must remain compliant with vecFLEX programme requirements to retain eligibility for any bonus entry.

7. Liability

  1. evec accepts no responsibility for:

    • incomplete or failed applications;

    • technical malfunctions;

    • lost, delayed or corrupted entries; or

    • circumstances outside of its reasonable control affecting the promotion.

  2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Data Protection

  1. Personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and evec’s Privacy Policy.

  2. Data will only be used for administering the promotion, vecFLEX participation and associated communications unless otherwise consented to.

9. General

  1. evec reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  2. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion may result in disqualification.

  3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
