Your welcome bonus

We'll send your £20 welcome bonus and first reward of up to £10 within 30 days of onboarding. Make sure you've received your confirmation email from marketing@evec.co.uk.

You’ll receive a stripe link via email from flex@axle.energy with the sender name “vecFLEX payments via Axle Energy" containing your reward and bonus.

Getting started

Once you’ve completed our onboarding process your charger will be linked via API to our grid services partner. You don’t need to do anything extra now. Just keep to your usual charging schedule in the evec app.

Here’s what you’ll see:

• When you plug in your car, your original schedule will stay visible but it’ll be greyed out.
• A new schedule will appear – this is vecFLEX working. It’s based on your original schedule, but it’ll be shortened by about 30 to 60 minutes to allow those brief pauses that’ll help balance the grid.
• When you unplug your car, the second vecFLEX schedule will be automatically removed and your original schedule will be restored.
  There’s no need to create a new schedule for each charge. vecFLEX will do everything in the background to support the grid whilst making sure you still get a full charge.
